任职资格：
个性要求 1.有条理，耐心，细致。 logical, patient, smart, detailed thinking2.勤奋踏实，能承受一定的工作压力Diligent, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work under pressure3.团队合作Teamwork spirit工作经历要求 要求1年以上制造业QA或PE经验At least 1year experience of QA or PE in manufacture industries有PCB/Substrata/Assembly工作经验为佳It’s better if have PCB/Substrate/Assembly experience有NPI or RD 经验最佳NPI or RD experience is preferred.技能要求 1.熟悉SPC/FMEA/CP/TCM/DOE的基本概念Familiar with basic concept of SPC /FEMA/CP/TCM/DOE2.了解PCB/substrate 的基本流程Know the basic flow of PCB/substrate
