岗位职责：
1、Determine feasibility and functional requirements through independent analysis, research and customer contact and create new products according to the Product Development Process.2、Conduct research and create design proposals for projects.3、Establish design briefs.4、Manage multiple product development projects for on-time delivery to the market.5、Use computer aided design to design concepts.
任职资格：
1、4 years in manufacturing environment. 2、Exposure to transportation industry a plus, particularly in the areas of design, materials and manufacturing related to our product line.3、Project management skills. Ability to operate in a continuously changing environment. High attention to detail. 4、Excellent written and communication skills. Understand and use engineering principles. Ability to focus on continuous improvement activities.
